Tim joined Rawlinsons in 2024, initially gaining experience alongside his studies before moving into a casual role in 2025. After graduating at the end of 2025, he officially joined the team full-time in 2026.
Before stepping into quantity surveying, Tim gained valuable hands-on experience across the construction industry, working in everything from labouring and tiling to demolition, shopfitting and site assistance. Having seen construction from the ground up, he brings a practical understanding of what happens on site and how it all comes together.
Keen to continue learning and broaden his industry experience, Tim has ambitions of one day starting a business of his own.
Outside of work, Tim is hopelessly addicted to golf and rarely turns down an opportunity to play just about any sport. He's also a keen experimenter in the kitchen, firmly believing that if he can see how something is made, he should be able to recreate it.
